01Brief & Concept

02Planning & Preparation
Approve the concept.
Technical drawings, structural documentation and the production schedule. Where it is part of the agreed scope, we also handle organiser registration, permits and utility orders.
03Production
Send your brand identity materials.
We prepare everything needed for production — artwork, print files and construction details — then manufacture the stand in our own workshop, with a quality check and trial assembly before shipping.
04Installation & Fair
Arrive at a finished stand and meet your customers.
Transport, installation by our long-term assembly teams, on-site supervision and daily contact throughout the fair.
05Dismantling
Leave when the fair closes.
Dismantling, removal from the hall and transport back.
